Alpen gold is a confectionery brand created by Stollwerck AG for the markets of former socialist countries and sold to Kraft Foods (now Mondelez International). Under this trademark such confectionery products as chocolate, ice cream, cookies, candies are presented.
The company's products are presented only in some CIS countries (Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Belarus) and in Poland.
The name of the brand translates as "Alpine gold", but the products have no relation to the Alps. All the plants are located only in the territory of the countries of Eastern Europe.
